DESCRIPTION:After performing in the qualifying act in August\, House of Pin
 es was invited back to the Artist Showcase Semi-Finals - hosted by Landmar
 k Events! Come on out and support the local scene by joining us for a day 
 of rock: featuring over a dozen bands from all over the Edmonton area.\n\n
 Acts are approximately 25 minutes each\, and run the gamut of genres: rock
 \, folk\, alternative\, rap and of course\, metal. The order of acts is de
 termined by ticket sales\, so be sure to contact us in advance for your ti
 x!\n\nTicket Price: $15/ea in advance or $20/ea at the door\n\nPlease note
  that The Starlite Room charges a per-person membership fee of $5/person a
 t the door. Note that House of Pines receives no compensation for this eve
 nt.
